Ambassador Nader Fath El-Aleem Sar-al-Khatim was born on January 1, 1965.

Educational qualifications:

Professional experience:
- Senior Politician at the African Union Permanent Mission to the League of Arab States (AUPD) - current position
- Preparation of reports for the African Union Office in Cairo for African Union summits
- Responsible for political and migration files with the League of Arab States
- Assisting in the implementation of the Joint African-Arab Action Plan
- Presenting the 2063 Agenda for the African Union at Cairo University three times a year
- Acting Head of the African Union Office in Cairo from April 1, 2013, to February 2015
- Member of the preparatory team for the Third Arab-African Summit, November 2013, Kuwait
- Responsible for political and economic files with the League of Arab States
- Represented the American University in Cairo on various occasions with the host country, international organizations, and the diplomatic corps in Egypt
- Contributed to the provision of financial support to the African Union's efforts to combat Ebola in West Africa.
- Participated in the working group with the League of Arab States, the African ambassadors group, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European UnionCommission, and the High Committee for Egypt at the African Union Commission from August 2013 to July 2014
- Participated in and attended over 35 African Union summits and many high-level ministerial meetings
- Permanent member of the committee organizing African-Arab summits since 2013
- Member of the steering committee for the joint agricultural cooperation program for agriculture and the coordination committee for African-Arab cooperation
