The African youth participating in “Nasser fellowship for African leadership “ visited Al-Azhar global observer for electronic fatwa, to learn about their duties and their role in combating the terrorist thought worldwide, the methods used in countering extremism and terrorist organizations , their role in correcting misconceptions,and establishing the values of coexistence and peace between the followed different religions and cultures.
The Participants learned the working mechanism of the observer which includes 12 units in Arabic and foreign languages, with detailed explanation of the tasks performed by researchers,and the most notable versions and studies that the observer has worked on throughout its long years.
For their part, the youth expressed their admiration for the efforts of Al-Azhar observer in monitoring , follow-up and analysis of all extremist discourses ,commending the observer’s role in establishing the values of coexistence and peace among followers of different religions and cultures .
