An Egyptian with a Lebanese passport

Under President Abdel Nasser, Egypt had an important role in supporting the liberation movements in all countries in the African continent, by using various means such as: the military, the media and the diplomacy.
Even in the darkest of times in the continent due to the French and English colonial rule, the Egyptian diplomacy never abandoned any call for help from other countries, despite the clash of Abdel Nasser and his policies with the colonial Powers, to the point that they even prevented Egyptians from entering certain African countries. Furthermore, in order for the Egyptian diplomats to not abandon these countries – by the order and instructions of Abdel Nasser – and to be permanently present and support these countries to gain independence and liberation, the Egyptians used their Lebanese passports so that they can be able to get into countries, which they couldn’t if using their Egyptian passports, such as Mozambique for example!
