Nasser International Leadership Scholarship Alumna 'Rawan El Seifi' Secures Membership Seat at the International Association of Political and Electoral Experts (IAPEE) as First Young Egyptian Representative
In a new youth and diplomatic achievement that strengthens the presence of Egyptian talents in international forums, Rawan El Seifi, an alumna of the second cohort of the Nasser International Leadership Scholarship, a Master’s researcher in Political Communication, Assistant Secretary of Central Organization at the Generation Democratic Party, and a graduate of the National Training Academy’s “Women Lead” program, has officially secured a membership seat at the International Association of Political and Electoral Experts (IAPEE).
Her selection came among 14 new members chosen from 14 countries around the world, making El Seifi the first young Egyptian representative within the international organization, which focuses its work on promoting international cooperation, professional dialogue, and mutual respect for the national specificities of peoples.
This membership reflects an extension of the objectives and values that the Nasser International Leadership Scholarship seeks to establish through preparing and qualifying young leaders capable of honorable international representation, empowering them to create impact and maintain effective presence in specialized diplomatic platforms worldwide.
Rawan El Seifi expressed her gratitude for this step, describing it as an important milestone in her professional and political journey. She noted that overcoming fear and hesitation is the true beginning of seizing opportunities and developing skills.
She concluded her remarks by recalling the wisdom of the ancient Egyptian sage “Ptahhotep”: “There are no limits to knowledge, and no wise person has reached its perfection,” affirming her continued commitment to learning, gaining new experiences, and transferring them to Egypt in a way that reflects a distinguished image of national representation.
