About the School

National Vanguard School is one of the programs of Nasser International Forum. It is dedicated to preparing Egyptian university students to contribute effectively to the development of their communities and to drive positive, sustainable change.

The School adopts an interactive training approach that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application through specialized lectures, discussion sessions, workshops, field trips, and experiential learning activities. This integrated methodology aims to develop participants' leadership, intellectual, and civic capacities; skills that are often beyond the scope of formal education.

The training programs are delivered by a distinguished group of Egyptian alumni of Nasser Fellowship for International Leadership, one of the programs of Nasser International Forum. These trainers previously represented the Egyptian delegation in earlier editions of the Fellowship after completing a four-stage selection process and a personal interview in order to leverage their accumulated experience and expertise, ensuring the sustainability of the fellowship's impact while broadening the reach of its outcomes.

Vision

To cultivate a generation of university students fortified with the knowledge to withstand the negative effects of globalization, a generation firmly committed to the values of patriotism and national belonging and what is called “The Personality of Egypt” as articulated in Egypt's national literature.

Mission

To provide an interactive educational and training environment that strengthens students' sense of patriotism and national belonging, develops their intellectual and critical thinking abilities and promotes the values of citizenship and social responsibility through a comprehensive methodology that integrates theoretical learning with practical application.

  • Develop student cadre who embody the characteristics of the Personality of Egypt, as defined in national literature, and who uphold the principles of patriotism, national belonging, and responsibility toward their homeland.

The training programs are delivered by a distinguished group of Egyptian alumni of Nasser Fellowship for International Leadership who participated in previous editions of the Fellowship. They possess expertise in leadership, development, youth work, civic engagement, and international relations. Engaging fellowship alumni as trainers reflects the school's commitment to a sustainable institutional model that transfers knowledge and experience, expands the beneficiary base and empowers alumni to serve as ambassadors of knowledge and active leaders within their communities.
