World Youth Forum: A member of Nasser Movement addresses the "Youth For Reviving Humanity" Initiative

John Mwesigwa participated in World Youth Forum Platform which launched the Initiative "Youth For Reviving Humanity" in Egypt, that's based on the pivotal role that the World Youth Forum plays in spreading the principles of peace, tolerance, and understanding among youth around the globe.

Moreover, during the conference: " As youth we have a unique ability to mobilize communities and create positive change and use this ability to promote intercultural and interfaith dialogue and build bridges between different social groups. By doing so, we can help to reduce tensions and prevent conflict.  As young leaders, we must build peace during conflict, deliver humanitarian support, and participate in post-conflict peace, truth and reconciliation processes. If one doesn't have peace within them they can't give it to someone else. Let's embrace peace such that we can create a society where our children can live and thrive. He said

John Mwesigwa Hold a Master Degree of Public Health-Health Promotion-Uganda Martyrs University. He is an experienced, Social and Public Health worker with 11 years of working experience and a firm commitment to social care and public health in Uganda and rural India.

He has managed and implemented several projects in Uganda including the CDC - DREAMS program in the Rwenzori Region, CDC -Accelerating of HIV Epidemic Control (ACE) in the Rwenzori Region, Viamo Interactive Voice Response Project, Pepal Waamu Innovation and Leadership for Adolescent Health in Rwenzori and Bunyoro Regions, ELMA Foundation funded HIV projects on children and adolescents.
