Abdullah graduated from the Faculty of Petroleum and Mining Engineering at Suez University and worked as a petroleum engineer in the renewable energy sector. Additionally, he studied Business Administration at the Higher African Studies Institute at Cairo University.

Regarding his electoral program, Engineer Nagib Abdalla clarified his commitment and belief in social responsibility, extending it to serve the profession and the syndicate by presenting future options aimed at bringing about change to elevate trade union work and enhance the role of the established union, founded in 1946, to oversee the engineering profession and its practitioners. He emphasized that the upcoming action plan is expected to expand the union's role to larger areas that serve engineers on social and health levels, providing essential and necessary services in various files still under consideration or subject to questioning by the general assembly members. He pointed out that this can only be achieved through joint efforts and working with a spirit of teamwork to overcome current crises and challenges.
