Nasser Fellowship Announces Participant Statistics...Statistics Show Broad Representation from Different Continents

Nasser International Forum has released detailed statistics on the participants of the Nasser Fellowship for International Leadership, revealing significant diversity in the nationalities, continents, and ages of applicants. These statistics reaffirm the fellowship’s global standing, attracting young leaders from around the world to participate in its distinguished leadership programs.
Anthropologist and founder of Nasser International Forum, Hassan Ghazaly, stated: “The Eastern Africa region recorded the highest number of applicants following the Arab Republic of Egypt, followed by West Africa and then Asia. The total number of participating nationalities reached 93, reflecting the cultural and geographical diversity embraced by the fellowship.”
Ghazaly added: “Africa accounted for the largest proportion of applicants, followed by Asia, then Europe, South America, North America, as well as Australia and Antarctica.”
He also noted: “The number of male applicants reached approximately 60%, while female applicants constituted 40%, reflecting the fellowship’s commitment to achieving gender balance in participation.”
Ghazaly emphasized that publishing these statistics aligns with the principles of transparency and serves as a positive precedent. He further stated that these figures highlight the fellowship’s success in attracting youth from different parts of the world, reinforcing its role as an international platform for exchanging experiences and fostering cooperation among future leaders. Additionally, he affirmed that the fellowship will continue to support Global South issues and promote principles of international justice and sustainable development, in line with Egypt’s vision and the United Nations’ goals.
