Egypt and Mexico among The Seven Wonders of the World

The Great Pyramid of Giza or Khufu Pyramid is one of The Seven Wonders of the World. It is located in Giza, in Egypt which is registered as UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Great Pyramid was built in 2560 B.C as a cemetery for the Pharaoh of the fourth dynasty Khufu and the building process was continued for 20 years. This was considered as a great cultural shift in the ancient history of  Egypt. Khufu was affected by his father Sneferu  in the building of the pyramid . Professional workers from around Egypt participated in Khufu Pyramid building. The hight of Khufu Pyramid is 148 m., which is the highest building was made among 3800 years.

“Chichen Itza Pyramid”
Chichen Itza is one of the most important archaeological and attractive sites in Mexico. In 2016, it was visited by more than 2 millions tourists. It is one of The Seven Wonders of The World. In the end of 19th centurY, The American archaeologist Edward Herbert Thompson discovered it when he was climbing the pyramid of the city at a night. The Pyramid was covered with plants and can be seen in the next morning. Between 9th and 12th centuries,  Mayan civilization built it. It is located in the north of Yocatan Peninsula in Mexico. The worriers were use it as a temple and  observator. It was 91 degrees for the corners, 24 m. for the hight in addition to 6 m for the temple and its base wase 55.3 m.
