The African youth participating in "Nasser Fellowship for African Leadership" took an inspection tour within the Museum of President Gamal Abdel Nasser, during the activities of the first day of the fellowship launched by the Ministry of Youth and Sports (the African Youth Office, the Central Administration of Parliament and Civic Education) under the auspices of Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, from 8 to 22 June 2019, in cooperation with the African Youth Union.

Engineer Abdelhakim Gamal Abdel Nasser, son of leader Gamal Abdel Nasser, welcomed the African youth participating in the fellowship. The youth also inspected the museum, which includes the meeting room, the presidential salon and the Manshayyeh al-Bakri corner, as well as the corner of the late president's acquisitions and honors.

The visit concluded with a plenary meeting on the museum of the late President Gamal Abdel Nasser, where Dr. Marwa Mamdouh, a researcher in African affairs, addressed the museum during the meeting of Gamal Abdel Nasser's personality, life, upbringing and unique charisma on the African continent, as well as his role in advancing the country and liberation movements on the African continent.
