Numerous contexts. Leadership is the "ability" to "influence" "people" to do something that benefits them. If you talk about leadership, you must talk about a person's or a group's ability to influence people against their work, their ability, as well as involving people in what they believe in with the goal of benefiting them.
If your actions, words, and actions encourage others to achieve more, learn more, and become more, you are a leader. Leadership is all about influence, not a title or a position, and it is also about self-expression, passion, and belief.
Many young people are encouraged to learn more and be inspired by their fellow activists (Leaders) from various areas through the Nasser Leadership Fellowship, with the goal of increasing their productivity for the benefit of positive results in their communities against their Movement, socially, economically, politically, and technologically.
