International Nursing Day
Today, May 12, the world celebrates International Nursing Day, as this day was chosen in 1974 by the International Council of Nursing (ICN) to celebrate Nursing Day each year, which coincides with the anniversary of the birth of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing.
Every year, all countries of the world prepare to commemorate this day, appreciating the profession of giving and humanity and the efforts of nurses in the medical system, where the nursing staff performs more than 70% of the patient's health services.
Thank you to the nursing staff for the continuous effort and giving and the challenges they are facing in defense of the lives of citizens.
