By applying to the Nasser Fellowship for International Leadership, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.
Section 1: Eligibility and Application
- By submitting an application, participants confirm their acceptance of all Terms and Conditions outlined in this document and their commitment to participate fully in the Fellowship.
- Applicants must meet all eligibility criteria, including age, nationality, and professional/academic background, as stated on the official program website.
- The information provided during the application process must be accurate and truthful. Any falsification or omission will result in immediate disqualification.
- Incomplete applications or those submitted after the application deadline will not be considered.
Section 2: Financial Responsibility
Costs Covered by the Ministry of Youth and Sports:
- Accommodation
- Local transportation
- Access to tourist attractions
- Certificates
Costs to be Covered by Participants:
- Flight tickets
- Visa fees (to be ensure)
- By applying, participants confirm their understanding and acceptance of their financial responsibility to cover the above-mentioned expenses.
- Failure to fulfill these obligations will result in disqualification from the program and exclusion from future Fellowship opportunities.
Section 3: Commitment to Participation
- Applying for the Fellowship constitutes a binding commitment to participate fully in all program activities if selected.
- Participants who withdraw or fail to participate will be disqualified from the current batch and may be barred from future Fellowship opportunities.
Section 4: Accommodation Policy
- Participants will be paired in double rooms with individuals of different nationalities to promote cultural exchange and integration.
- Accommodation arrangements are non-negotiable, except in cases of medical necessity, which must be documented and approved in advance.
Section 5: Program Participation and Attendance
- Participants are required to adhere to the full schedule of activities and events outlined by the program.
- Unexcused absences, tardiness, or failure to comply with the program schedule will result in immediate removal from the Fellowship
Section 6: Health and Safety Protocols
- Participants must comply with all health and safety measures and adhere to on-site safety guidelines.
- Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions are required to disclose this information during the application process and ensure they are fit to participate.
Section 7: Behavioral Standards
- Participants are expected to uphold the Fellowship’s core values of respect, solidarity, and inclusivity.
- Any behavior that violates these principles, including harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct, will result in removal from the program.
Section 8: Media and Content Rights
- The Nasser Fellowship reserves the right to use photos, videos, and materials produced during the program for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, including on social media and official publications.
- By participating, applicants grant the Fellowship perpetual, royalty-free rights to use such materials without additional consent or compensation.
Section 9: Intellectual Property
- All materials, content, and documentation provided by the Fellowship are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
Section 10: Travel and Visa Arrangements
- Participants are responsible for ensuring the validity of their travel documents and obtaining the necessary visas (to be ensure).
- Any issues related to travel must be communicated promptly to the Fellowship team.
Section 11: Liability
- The Fellowship is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation.
- Participants are encouraged to secure personal insurance for the duration of the program.
Section 12: Graduation from the Fellowship
- After final acceptance into the Fellowship: In order to receive the graduation certificate, participants must have attended at least 90% of the activities and events outlined in the program. Failure to meet this attendance requirement will result in disqualification from receiving the certificate.
- Participants are encouraged to prepare a final report or provide a summary presentation (video/article/press release) about their experience in the Fellowship after completing the program, which will be archived electronically in the alumni database.
Section 13: Amendments
- The Fellowship reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The updated Terms will be published on the official program website and are binding on all participants.
