Thus, the political leadership has been alerted to this issue and included the real development within the objectives of Egypt Vision 2030 including all classes and all areas in Egypt. In his speech, he praised Hayah Karima Initiative that is a distinctive idea through which the idea of legal migration and combating extremism can be fought. He pointed out that illegal migration has reached a large record around the world, adding that there is an incorrect link that the cause of illegal migration and displacement is due to wars, but there are many different reasons, including poverty, ignorance and the absence of the role of the state as a social guardian, as the role of the state as a guardian is an important and required in societies where the number of illegal migration is increasing.
Hassan Ghazaly, General Coordinator of the Nasser Fellowship for International Leadership, explained during his speech at the opening session of the seventh day of the Nasser Fellowship for International Leadership, in its third edition, that Egypt, at the age of the late leader Gamal Abdel Nasser, has achieved a real and comprehensive development that reaches the mass bases even after the defeat in 1967, and this indicates good planning, noting that the transition to a Hayah Karima Initiative was linked to the same concepts that the state was building at the age of the late leader Gamal Abdel Nasser, and speaking of youth empowerment, we find that President Gamal Abdel Nasser assumed power at the age of 34.
Ghazali added about the idea of youth empowerment that it is not only related to being young, but when youth are empowered; I must be young and competent here to deserve this empowerment and achieve the goals concerned behind it, stressing that human rights are not only political rights, but there are important rights, which are economic and social rights, but they are not adequately addressed, but rather political rights are addressed more than them.
