Young Younes Aouin, a graduate of the third batch of the Nasser Fellowship for International Leadership, showcased his brilliance by hosting and energizing a grand event commemorating the Amazigh New Year. The celebration took place at the National Theater Mohammed V in the administrative capital of the Kingdom, Rabat.

The event was attended by the Moroccan Prime Minister, several ministers, political and human rights figures, media representatives, and diplomatic entities, amid a diverse audience spanning various age groups that filled the spaces of the Mohammed V Theater.

Younes, a graduate of the Higher Institute of Theater Arts and Cultural Animation in Rabat, demonstrated his talents by presenting the festivities of the Amazigh New Year. This year's celebration held special significance in Morocco following the royal declaration of the Amazigh New Year as an official holiday.

The celebration provided an opportunity to showcase Amazigh cultural expressions, representing the Moroccan identity in its richness and diversity. Minister of Youth, Culture, and Communication, Mohamed El Mehdi Ben Aissa, emphasized that the festivities align with royal care and instructions regarding the Amazigh issue. He stated that the celebrations are not limited to Rabat but encompass all regions of the Kingdom, aiming to introduce the national Amazigh culture and appreciate its vital role as an integral part of the Moroccan identity.

Minister Ben Aissa highlighted the national recognition, affirming the efforts of all citizens and the ministry's engagement in cultural initiatives. He expressed the government's commitment to enhancing the position of the Amazigh language and protecting it in all its dialects. He also emphasized the importance of supporting Amazigh artists, defending their rights, and promoting them nationally.

This celebration serves as a prelude and the beginning of further encounters in promoting Amazigh artistic and cultural contributions on a national level.
