Ghazaly: Comprehensive Broadcaster course is a step towards organizing the media message exchanged among Africans

The Pan African Foundation builds the capacity of African media students through the Afromedia initiative.
Yesterday evening, Afromedia initiative organized within the education and culture program of the African Foundation for Development and Capacity Building the first of the activities of the training course to prepare the comprehensive broadcaster under the slogan "Be a Broadcaster - Be an Influencer", in the presence of Dr. Amr Mahssoub Al-Naby, Head of the Internal Media Sector at the State Information Service and the respected journalist Abd al-Rahman Silah, head of the Correspondents Department of Al-Ghad TV, which is scheduled to continue its activities over two days, 30 and 31 January 2023.
For his part, Hassan Ghazaly founder of the Afromedia initiative stated that the training course to prepare the Comprehensive Broadcaster launched with the participation of 40 male and female African expatriate students studying media in Egypt from different nationalities most notably "Sudan, South Sudan, Eritrea, Tanzania, Djibouti, Niger, Mali, Mauritania, Chad, Guinea, Senegal and Togo" pointing out that the course is the beginning of a series of training courses and specialized workshops that are scheduled to be launched by Afromedia Agency under the auspices of the African Foundation for Development and Capacity Building to develop media skills for Egyptian and non-Egyptian African journalists.
“Ghazaly” added pointing out that the activities of the first day dealt with two main axes: “The Conceptual Communication Process, Media Skills and their role in Crisis Management” in addition to addressing methods of content writing and preparation skills, stressing that the course is considered a step towards organizing and coordinating the mutual media message to and from Africans in order to create mechanisms to support the correct mental image towards the African continent.
It should be noted that the Afromedia initiative aims to be a media bridge between the Egyptian people and the rest of the African peoples, with the aim of coordinating efforts to study and organize the mutual media message between Egyptian and non-Egyptian Africans by supporting the correct mental image about the African continent, as well as training and educating those in charge and workers in the Egyptian media and journalist field, in addition to developing their capabilities through training and qualification for the labor market through a number of events, panel discussions, workshops and training courses within the education and culture program under the auspices of the African Foundation for Development and Capacity Building.
