ADEF is looking for a part-time coordinator for four-months, with possibility of extension based on availability of funds, for its new project Wanset Afia.

Wanset Afia is a meeting space that joins Sudanese artists, cultural activists, educators, techies, engineers and actors from various fields and disciplines who escaped war and are currently in Egypt. It seeks to achieve solidarity and consolation through practical actions and influence. In times of crisis, the need to organize efforts and create safe spaces becomes paramount for wise interventions that benefit the affected communities.

ADEF is a multidimensional Arab organization that builds spaces, fosters environments for expression and learning, enhances skills, and develops knowledge tools to support and empower teenagers and youth, groups or individuals, working on the ground to strengthen their practices and engagement with their society.
We are looking for an undergraduate or a fresh from sudan and based in Cairo graduate who is interested in exploring the arts and culture sector, creating networks and connections, and providing humanitarian support to Sudanese activists.
